    Your Day to Day:

    The Manager of Workplace experience supports the success and growth of the agency by leading talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement efforts, directing and overseeing HR operations and procedures, supporting benefits administration, and managing and coordinating the policies and activities of the HR function. You are responsible for creating and implementing human resources’ strategic plan, including short and long-term goals. You will manage the Executive Administrator who supports HR initiatives and office operations. Other responsibilities include daily administrative support to the leadership team and employees across the agency. You report to the Executive Vice President & Managing Director at SmithSolve, collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and partner with supervisors/leaders on talent development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
    • At least three to five years of proven success in a human resources role
    • PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred
    • Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Paychex or other ATS)
    • Experience using talent development and time tracking technologies preferred
    • Strong skills in all MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

      About You:

      You are eager to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a team of professionals who are passionate, skilled, and collaborative. You are a seasoned communicator and account manager who can lead multiple client programs from concept through completion.

      Your Day to Day:

      The Senior Account Manager will execute plans based on client needs under the guidance of account and agency leadership. Client interaction, participation in new business efforts, content creation, project management, budget management and development of strategic plans are all a part of the Senior Account Manager’s day to day.

      Qualifications:

      • At least 6-7 years of healthcare experience with at least 2 years of recent agency experience.
      • Agency experience strongly preferred, rare disease therapeutic experience a plus
      • Experience working with life sciences companies
      • Adept at content development, understands storytelling and how to develop effective communications across multiple channels and audiences
      • Demonstrated ability to understand and synthesize scientific information, such as clinical studies and publications, preferred
      • Excellent time management and attention to detail
      • A passion for impacting the lives of patients every day
      • Experience managing a team of junior staff
