This year marks the 20th anniversary of SmithSolve. It’s the perfect opportunity to thank our team, clients, partners, and friends across dozens of patient communities for making this milestone possible.

Together we’ve shaped, defined, and championed the rare disease movement. We’ve built lasting relationships, contributed to treatment breakthroughs, advanced educational campaigns, and supported policy and access wins. Most importantly, we’ve worked to fulfill our ultimate mission and measure of success: improving the lives of patients and their families.

While we have many reasons to celebrate, there is still much more to do. The insights and experience gained during our first 20 years prepare us for the opportunities and challenges ahead. Along the way, we’ve learned some basic truths that define and guide us: Listen First, Do What’s Hard, and Go the Distance.

Our experience spans dozens of rare disease communities and biopharma companies, through all stages of orphan drug discovery, development, and commercialization. Members from our team are certified in healthcare regulatory compliance for Public Relations, Digital Promotion, and Advertising/Promotion through the Center for Communication Compliance.
